Since 2008, CertiAmb has delivered architecture, engineering and technical consulting projects across Portugal, with a presence throughout the country and a particular focus on the regions of Lisbon, Grândola and Cartaxo. We bring the three areas together in a single team, so every project moves forward with technical clarity and regulatory confidence, always guided by rigour and by the satisfaction of those who entrust us with this mission.

Who is behind the projects
Paulo Varanda
Founder · Civil Engineer
Founder of CertiAmb, Paulo Varanda is a civil engineer from the Military Academy and Instituto Superior Técnico, the country's most respected engineering school. He brings to the team the technical rigour and coordination method that every multidisciplinary project demands.
Leading CertiAmb since 2008, he coordinates architecture and engineering projects across the country and internationally, with a strong presence in Lisbon, Setúbal, the Alentejo coast, the Ribatejo and Angola. He works with each client in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
