Montalegre: a castle and reservoir villages
In Montalegre, the medieval castle is a landmark of the town, while the Alto Rabagão reservoir shapes a landscape of water and small settlements. Vilarinho de Negrões and Negrões illustrate this close relationship between settlement and shore.
