Oleiros
Oleiros: Álvaro above the Zêzere
Oleiros combines mountain landscapes with settlements linked to the Zêzere. At Álvaro, whitewashed houses follow a hillside above Cabril reservoir; at Orvalho, walking routes connect a waterfall with higher viewpoints.

Although part of the Schist Villages network, Álvaro has many rendered white façades arranged along a hillside above the water.
