How to prepare your site for a permitting application

A permitting application goes more smoothly when the basic information is organised from the start. Gathering these elements beforehand avoids delays and surprises:
- Property documents: land registry certificate and tax register (caderneta predial).
- Urban context: rules of the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) and any easements or restrictions.
- Topographic survey of the site, where applicable.
- Existing infrastructure: access, water, drainage and electricity.
- Project goal: type of use, intended area and timeline.
With this basis, the team can assess feasibility and estimate the permitting path with far greater accuracy.
